Literacy in second language acquisition is a critical and often overlooked component that contributes to successful gains for language learners. This session will briefly present relevant research related to literacy and language gains, then connect the research with an interactive opportunity for creating effective, efficient, and enjoyable strategies that promote literacy gains in L2 via reading options.
